Polaris Village Ministries has been nothing short of a “God Send” for me and so many other young black men in Talbot County. Derick Daly and Bill Ryan have selflessly created windows of opportunities for countless young men such as myself.

Thanks to our “strategic partnership,” I was able to become the first homeowner in my family. This milestone enabled me to begin creating generational wealth for my two daughters. It even meant the world to me when both Derick and Bill reached out to check on me during the Covid-19 pandemic. As an “action person,” I had then witnessed firsthand that the efforts of PVM were guided strictly by the heart. As an aspiring businessman, I can say that I am blessed to have such exemplary mentors who excel in being socially responsible. Under the mentorship of PVM, I have successfully obtained my MD real estate license and MD home improvement license simultaneously. I have since started two companies, LAG Realty Services, LLC and Cardinal Construction, LLC.
